Our Warranty Promise
Ceylon Secure Network stands behind every product we sell. If a product does not work as described, we will replace it or issue a refund — no questions asked.
Coverage Period
Warranty periods vary by product type and are clearly stated on each product page. Typical coverage:
- Accounts: 30-day replacement warranty
- License Keys: Full activation warranty — if a key doesn't work on first attempt, we'll replace it
- Software: 7-day working warranty
- Digital Tools: 14-day replacement warranty
